Pretty good treat
My dogs will get a treat IF they stay in their assigned spot after breakfast while I am doing other chores and cleaning their bowls. They really work at staying put for these biscuits. I like that the biscuits are made with real ingredients and have a tempting bacon aroma.
4 stars because the biscuits are rather large and thick making them hard to break. I would appreciate a biscuit that is half the size and because the main ingredient is wheat: wheat flour, ground wheat and wheat mill run (whatever that is?). I really do not like to feed my dogs wheat as it can be an allergen so I keep their portion smaller.

Who Thought Changing the Size Was A Good Idea!!!!?
I’ve been buying these for my dog for years. She’s a large dog, a Lab. She has jaws of steel…these bones were bigger before. She could hold the bone in her mouth but it was too big too eat in one or two bites. Plus it fit perfectly in the end of her largewhen I shoved it on end….so she had to really chew and work for i5 to get the other snacks on the inside out…she loved the challenge! Now the bones are smaller I can fit two in the end of the Kong and it’s loose. So sad. It’s hard to find snacks for large dogs that are healthy, not so hard they can’t crunch on it, and the right size to be a yummy fun challenge for large dogs to stuff in their toys. The saying ….DON’T FIX IT IF IT’S NOT BROKE holds true in this case! Oaklie says, pleasssseeee bring back the old size!

My dog LOVES these!
Favorite treat of my Aussie/St. Bernard mix. When this cookie jar is opened he literally starts to drool! He enjoys the treats so much that I now give him one every time we sit down to dinner - as much for me as for him. I have no guilt about eating a delicious steak and not offering him a bite because he is happy with his bone. When I visit family I take a bag as a "gift" for their dog and the treats are loved by all. Would love to find more flavors in the stores close to me.

I gave this a 4 star, because my dogs love them, but I'm very disappointed and so are my dogs that you made them smaller and still charging the same price. We give them each, one bone a night and now we have to give them two, which means we are using up a lot of bones. We have large dogs and those treats are made for medium/small dogs. Please, if your going to do that, then package them saying for med/sm dogs and a separate package for large dogs.

My dogs love these
I recently bought these at my local walmart. My dogs rate these as a good second choice dog biscuit. They prefer soft bake Nudges over these. It is a good dog biscuit you can actually smell the bacon when u pull them out the bag. I have small dogs so we minus a star on size which is a little too big and not as soft and chewy as Nudges. We tried this brand because we had a coupon but my dogs rate the Nudges higher as their favorite.

Rangers Favorite!
Now I have to say that my Pekinese will eat almost anything! The main reason I chose this flavor combination was to hopefully find him a treat that would make him think it must be people food ! I am happy to say I believe we scored Gold! He Loves them! My plans are to try the other flavor combos so he doesn't get bored of just having the same thing over and over again lol. Ranger definitely is a Big Fan Thank you Vitabone.

I just recently started buying the Artisan dog treats for my fur babies. I have always been very leery of what I feed my dogs. There are so many companies out there that dont care what goes in the dog treats. I have done a lot of research on what is safe for dogs to eat, and these treats are one of the best I've found. My babies love them, and I love knowing exactly what there eating. Thank you for caring.

The Artisan “Maple Bacon Blueberry” are my dogs absolute favorite! My Husky/German Shepard & my Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever love them. My only negative is recently the bones have been smaller. Wish they had stayed larger for my boys, who are large breeds. Suggest making small-medium & go back to original size for medium-large pups. Thank you for making nutritious, natural, made in the USA treats!
